Bristol's Badass Burlesque Show

Vanity

Vanity, thy name is Tuesday. How else could I justify posting up a video of myself dancing? But, it’s more than that. It’s for the sheer joy of dance. For this show, I got to share a backstage with two badass bitches, Lou Leigh Blue and Violet Vayne and dance to a classic track, played by a brass band, lead by one of my favourite people, superstar Drummer Richie Paradise.

There is sweet spot on stage between letting go and holding tight, that becomes more apparent when dancing with a band instead of a recorded track. I have no idea if I hit that spot that night, but it was a hell of a lot of fun.
